With three private master suites—each with its own entrance and full bathroom—the home is ideal for multigenerational stays, small groups, and guests craving privacy blended with shared gathering spaces.

The open-concept living room invites slow mornings with coffee, cozy movie nights, and laughter-filled evenings. Large windows frame views of the Verde Valley, letting natural light flood the space and connecting you to nature at every moment.

A place we designed for ourselves when life felt too fast, too loud, too full of obligations. A place where time slows, nature speaks, and we can reconnect with what matters: family, health, laughter, presence, and peace.

We chose Cornville because it holds a rare energy—you feel close to Sedona’s magic without the noise of tourism. Here, mornings feel fresh, sunsets glow softer, and the desert sky seems endless.

Every detail in this home reflects our values:
family, health, nature, and intentional living.
The sauna, the hot tub, the cold-plunge, the native landscaping, the cozy gathering spaces, all chosen to help others feel what we feel when we’re here:

🌿 BEFORE YOU BOOK — PLEASE READ

We want your stay at Verde Escape to be peaceful, comfortable, and unforgettable.
To help you plan your visit, here are a few important things to know before booking:

🌵 1. Natural Desert Landscape

Our property embraces the beauty of the Verde Valley.
You’ll find:

• native plants

• mesquite trees

• some cacti

Please supervise children outdoors and move mindfully around the property.

🧗 2. Outdoor Steps & Uneven Terrain

There are a few steps and gentle elevation changes around the patio and yard.
If you’re traveling with toddlers or guests with mobility limitations, please take care.

🛏 3. Three Private King Suites

Each suite has:

• its own private entrance

• full bathroom

Perfect for couples and multigenerational families, but not ideal for parents wanting small children in the same room.

🔥 4. Wood-Fired Hot Tub & Sauna

Guests love the spa setup, but please note:

• The wood-fired hot tub requires 60–90 minutes to heat

• Sauna heats quickly and is easy to operate

• Guests must follow posted safety rules

• Not recommended for young children or individuals with health concerns

🐾 5. Pet-Friendly (With Approval)

We welcome well-behaved dogs!
To keep the space comfortable for everyone:

• Pets must be approved prior to booking

• A pet fee applies

• Please clean up after them

• Keep pets away from cacti and wildlife

The area is spread out, so driving is the easiest way to explore.
